How to Use the Body Roundness Index (BRI) Calculator:

Interpreting Your BRI Results:
The Body Roundness Index (BRI) estimates body shape and fat distribution, serving as an alternative to BMI.
• BRI ≤ 3.4: Low body roundness, indicating a lean body shape and low mortality risk
• BRI 3.4 - 6.9: Moderate body roundness, generally within a healthy range. (Most optimal BRI range is 4.5-5.5)
• BRI 6.9 - 10: High body roundness, indicating a higher fat percentage. This is also associated with increase mortality risk
• BRI ≥ 10: Very high body roundness, which may be associated with increased health risks like metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases.
